Scott Custer is a 1988 United States Military Academy graduate with a Masters's in Leadership from Long Island University, a Senior Executive Fellow from Harvard, and a Business Executives for National Security (BENS) member. He has 40+ years in the US Government as a Commissioned Officer US Army and as a Civilian working for the Department of Defense in directing and managing operations for 24 United States Department of Defense Installations. Scott understands the difficulty in operating municipalities in resource-constrained environments: leverage his unique leadership and experience to help support leaders in the US and abroad. His team comprises 30+ professionals with over 1000+ years of experience and expertise. Utilize the expertise in City Manager Consulting Solutions (CMCS) to provide an outside look at your organization: fact-based assessments aligned with the leader's goals. This team will drive hard on allowing the leadership to see their organization through strict and bold checks to assist any leader in identifying gaps in outcomes and performance.
