Q. How long does a standard assessment take?

A. Of course this depends on the type and scope of work for an assessment defined by the leadership. We have done reviews of the city's fiscal management, security, emergency operations, public works, human resources and recreational activities and parks as short as one week up to three to four weeks.

Q. Do you have qualified instructors and leaders to facilitate team building exercises?

A. Yes, we have a team that has been trained and certified in achieving the maximum results in group dynamics, our lead instructor has a masters in psychology and sociology. Please contact us for a newsletter or a functional area “hot information” paper.

Q. What have you done outside the scope of CMCS?

A. Multiple venues, however, writing speeches for senior leader was a request we normallydon't receive. However, it was one of the more rewarding requests we have received, we have speechwriters on the team but the thrill of working outside the lines was a lot of fun and it was well received by the customer and the audience.

Q. What inspires you to do this type of work?

A. Our team is composed of professionals who have lived “servant leadership” and spent their life giving back to others, 100% of our team has been in government service and 42% are Service Disabled Veterans. It is our way of using our experience and talent to improve communities.

Q. What does a leadership seminar look like?

A. Our seminars can be tailored to what management and senior leaders desire: real world leadership crisis events, organizational culture assessment and discussion, conflict resolution/management, and performance metrics/capacity building…followed by intensive hands on team building exercise and that promotes cooperation and teamwork–these events are led by our certified team of experts trained at Harvard. We have provided team buildings dn leadership seminars for businesses and college sports teams alike.”

A. We have ran hiring baords/panels for senior leader positions. We have an exemplary human resources team that can coach your business on the process we use to hire individuals that will withstand all legal and EEO challenges.
